Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Aura6 Entertainment LLP website and the purchase of tickets for our events.

2. Ticket Purchases

* All ticket sales are subject to availability.

* Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without prior written consent.

* Tickets must be presented upon entry, either electronically or in printed form.

3. Event Changes

Aura6 Entertainment LLP reserves the right to:

* Change event schedules

* Substitute performers

* Change venues where necessary

* Cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control

4. Refunds

If an event is cancelled by Aura6 Entertainment LLP, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket purchase price. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period following the cancellation announcement.

If an event is significantly rescheduled, ticket holders will be given the option to attend the rescheduled event or request a full refund.

Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance or changes in personal circumstances.

5. Admission

Aura6 Entertainment LLP reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful.

6. Photography & Recording

Photography and video recording may take place during events. By attending, you consent to the use of such recordings for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aura6 Entertainment LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from attendance at our events or use of our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
